에릭 윌슨 (Eric Wilson)

     재림 교회 가정에서 자랐던 에릭 윌슨 (Eric Wilson)은 부모의 별거와 이혼 후 14 세의 나이에 무술 훈련을 시작했습니다. 자신의 삶에서 목적과 의미를 찾고 가족과 가정을 파괴 한 폭풍을 이해하기 위해 그는 자신감, 확신, 자아 통제를 약속하는 길의 여행을 시작했습니다. 그러나 이 첫 발걸음이 어둠으로 이끌게 된것과 그 신비로운 무술이 자신의 결혼 생활과 주님과의 동행에 미칠 영향을 거의 깨닫지 못했습니다.

     지난 24 년간의 훈련 기간 동안 에릭은 7 가지 스타일의 전투 무술에서 블렉 벨트와 강사 인증을 받았고 무술 명예의 전당에 입성했습니다. 자연 및 대체 의학을 바탕으로 그는 "에너지 치유" 분야를 광범위하게 공부했으며 태치군, 바구아 장, 기공과 중국의술에 강사로 인정 받았습니다. 그가 살아온 삶은 외부적인 면에서 성공한 것이었지만 이 동방 무술에 몰입하는 동안  자신과 가족을 파괴하려는 세력을 인식하지 못한것이 2003 년 결혼 생활이 무너지고 갈라지게  하였습니다.

     거의 5 년간의 별거와 이혼 후 주님께서는 그의 큰 사랑과 자비로 그의 눈을 열게하여 어둠에서 빛으로 돌아오게 하셨습니다.  그의 전 생애를 통해 우리 주 (주권자) 예수 그리스도께서 어둠의 세력들에게 속박당하게 하고 의심하고, 죄를 짓게 한  쇠사슬을 깨뜨리시므로 전에 결코 알지 못했던 하나님의 성품과 능력을 깨닫게 되었습니다.  실패없는 영원한 약속의 말씀을 통해 주님께서는 그와 그의 아내가 서로 사랑하고 다시 재 결합하도록 가족과 가정을 회복시키셨습니다.

     그가 2008 년 하나님의 말씀의 약속들을 소리내어 읽을때 구주의 음성을 들었습니다. "가서 주님이 네게 하신 위대한 일들을 알리라!" 이사야 선교단체가 태어난 날이었습니다. 그 순간 이래로 그리스도 예수 안에서 구원의 기쁜 소식, 자유, 구원, 치유,  회복을   나누는 것이 그의 욕망이 되었습니다.  

Raised in a Seventh Day Adventist Christian home, Eric Wilson began training in the martial arts at the age of fourteen after his parents' separation and divorce. Searching for purpose and meaning in his life and struggling to understand the storm which had destroyed his family and his home, Eric began his journey on a path which promised confidence, assurance, and control. Yet, little did he realize the darkness into which that first step would lead him or the influence which these mysterious arts would play in his own marriage and his walk with the LORD.

     Over the next 24 years of training, Eric received black belt and instructor certification in seven styles of the combative arts and was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame. With a background in natural and alternative medicine, Eric also studied extensively in the field of “energy healing,” and was recognized as an instructor in the Chinese Internal arts of Tai-chi chuan, Bagua zhang, Qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The life he lived was to all appearances a success but through the years involved in these Eastern mystical arts, he became blind to the forces which had set themselves to destroy him and his family and his marriage crumbled and fell apart in 2003

     After nearly 5 years of separation and divorce, the LORD in His great love and mercy began to open Eric’s blinded eyes and to turned him from darkness to Light. Eric began to see the character and power of God as never before as our Lord (Sovereign King) Jesus Christ wrought mightily to break the chains which had held Eric in bondage to the powers of darkness, doubt and sin nearly all his life. Through the unfailing promises of His Word, the LORD reunited Eric and his wife in their love for one another and His Covenant of marriage, restoring both their family and their home.

     As Eric was reading aloud the promises of God’s Word in 2008, he heard our Saviour's voice saying, “go and tell what great things the LORD hath done for you!” It was that day that Isaiah Ministries was born. Since that moment in time, it has been his greatest desire to share the Glad Tidings of the Salvation, freedom, deliverance, healing and restoration which has been wrought in Christ Jesus upon Calvary and is now freely given to all who will in simple living (active) faith, take hold of Him and the unfailing power of His Life-giving Word !
